Synthesis Plant 1 and Synthesis Plant 3 (completed in 2015) produce general APIs such as clopidogrel and vildagliptin for Korea, Japan and Europe; Plant 1 holds Japanese PMDA approval and European CEP registrations.

Synthesis Plant 2 makes cephalosporin APIs such as cefpodoxime and cefmetazole acid, the injection plants make sterile APIs such as ceftriaxone and cefazedone, and the oral solid and powder-injection plants produce cefpodoxime proxetil tablets, cefaclor capsules and cefotaxime and ceftriaxone injections.

Synthesis Plants 4 and 5, completed in 2014, use closed containment systems to produce cytotoxic anticancer-class APIs including lenalidomide, pemetrexed and ramosetron.

Building a linker-payload production facility in Asan and offering an integrated ADC service from development through analysis, process development and commercial production, based on its own linker platform; it already produces preclinical ADC samples with biotech partners.

The Asan plant passed a U.S. FDA inspection covering the fifth-generation cephalosporin API ceftobiprole and the anticancer drug lenalidomide, with a Voluntary Action Indicated (VAI) classification.
