NXP breaks ground on a new assembly-and-test factory expansion in Malaysia
NXP broke ground on a new assembly-and-test factory at its Petaling Jaya site in Malaysia. The smart-factory expansion is expected to ramp in Q1 2028 and more than double site output at full capacity.
