Micron Ventures launches a $250 million fund for next-generation AI companies
Micron Ventures launched the $250 million Paradigm Fund, its third and largest venture fund, to invest across the AI technology stack from model architectures and compute infrastructure to enterprise applications and physical AI.
Why it matters
The fund gives Micron a dedicated $250 million vehicle for early exposure and partnerships across technologies that may shape future memory, storage and AI-infrastructure demand, but it does not itself establish product revenue, customer adoption or semiconductor capacity.
