NVIDIA agrees to acquire Hugging Face for about $12.93 billion
NVIDIA announced an agreement to acquire Hugging Face for $12.9303 billion, saying Hugging Face would remain an open platform while NVIDIA invests in scaling its infrastructure and developer ecosystem.
