GlobalFoundries and Marvell expand SiGe capacity for AI optical connectivity
GlobalFoundries and Marvell expanded a multi-year agreement to increase capacity for GF silicon-germanium technology at its Burlington, Vermont facility for pluggable optical transceivers, near-packaged optics and co-packaged optics; the agreement builds on existing production.
