BANSEOG OUTLOOK
Aniai hides the robot inside the grill and sells it as kitchen equipment
Founded in 2020, Aniai has been building Alpha Grill, a patty-cooking robot. It has no arm sweeping through the air; a spatula inside the grill moves the food and scrapes the plate. The company has gone to the US restaurant show every year since 2023, has obtained electrical safety and sanitation certification, and said in May 2026 that it is listed on AutoQuotes, the US kitchen equipment quoting system, so consultants and dealers can specify it through ordinary equipment purchasing. The Alpha Grill Single launched the same year is about 60 cm wide and is designed to sit on a refrigerated base. Banseog reads this as one habit: rather than selling a robot as new technology, it takes the place of what a kitchen already buys. That is why Banseog sees working in the language of kitchen equipment distribution, installation and sanitation standards as the next talent challenge.
- Who decides on purchases: the store owner, the head office or the dealer, and whom does this role deal with?
- Which team is responsible for problems with products sold by dealers?
- Who sets up cooking for a new menu, the customer or the company?
The company says it has set up regional partnerships in Boston, New York City and Ohio. Building materials and training that let dealers explain and sell on their own may become important.
The company has released a single-platen product aimed at kitchens such as convenience stores, hospitals and universities. Recipe setup work for menus beyond patties on the same machine may grow.
The company has described checking cooking quality with cameras and the cloud. If kitchen equipment becomes a product that produces data, linking those records to operators' decisions may become important. These are conditional stages, not confirmed dates or hiring plans.
Current hiring comes from the existing verified data pipeline. This is a conditional talent and organization outlook, not a company hiring plan, personal-fit assessment or hiring-probability forecast. · 2026-11-01
FUTURE TALENT SHIFT
How responsibilities may expand
Follow the responsibility that runs from developing a robot to selling and using it as kitchen equipment. Check individual postings for actual duties and qualifications.
CAREER LENS
Experience making technology something field people choose and use
Beyond building a function, look for times you carried it into the language of buyers and kitchen staff. Adjacent experience suggests connections, not eligibility or a personal-fit verdict.
Experience to show in your career history
Selling commercial equipment or appliances through dealer channels
Personally handling a product's electrical safety or sanitation certification
Moving cooking recipes into temperature and time settings
Running installation and maintenance through partners
Designing product specifications around standard site equipment
Building staff-facing screens and training materials
Where adjacent experience can lead
Knowing how restaurants buy and what installation requires is the most direct connection.
Handling mass production, certification and ease of use together can carry over.
Menu standardization and store operations can lead to understanding customers.
Handling cooking conditions as numbers can lead to recipe setup.
Handling faults and sanitation in unattended machines is the connection.
Handling temperature control and mechanism drive in small products.

PLACE × TALENT INTELLIGENCE
Work connected across locations
These interpretations use publicly reported locations and business activity. They do not describe regional hiring plans or current staffing.
The official site lists an office in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, and press releases name Seoul as the R&D base. This reads as where specifications for kitchen use are set; check postings for actual placement.
A 2025 report put the Incheon plant's maximum yearly output at 3,000 units. This reads as where machines of several sizes reach the same quality, with no estimate of current output.
The company describes New York as its headquarters, and The SSam in Manhattan and TFS are among its public customers. This reads as where it learns the language of the equipment market, with no estimate of current staff.
An install at Galbi Burger in the Seattle area began its West Coast entry. This reads as the point for seeing whether equipment can be installed and kept running far from headquarters, without presuming growth.
