A pharmaceutical company founded in 1958 that makes and sells treatments in areas such as cardiovascular, respiratory, antibiotics and neuropsychiatry, sells nutritional supplements under the Daewon Health brand, and runs plants in Hyangnam (Hwaseong, Gyeonggi) and Jincheon (North Chungcheong).
Pelubiprofen anti-inflammatory painkiller approved in 2007 as Korea's 12th domestically developed new drug; indications expanded from osteoarthritis to back pain and fever, and it comes in immediate- and sustained-release tablets. Outpatient prescription sales were 62.2 billion won in 2024.
