BANSEOG OUTLOOK
Before you count 400 robots, count the 150 times this company was let in
Neubility has deployed about 400 robots across more than 150 sites in Korea and abroad. Sites have grown from about 90 in 2024, and the company has publicly described patrols at apartment complexes, campuses and city parks, along with services at a historic palace and a hospital, and delivery. That works out to fewer than three robots per site on average, and each site has a different owner who decides whether to let a robot in. In 2026 it unveiled Billi, a robot with wheels and two arms, and signed a memorandum of understanding (MOU) with Unitree to explore combining NeuOn with its robots. Banseog reads the asset that stays with this company, even when the robot body changes, as less the distance driven than the way it opens the door of a new site. Banseog sees shortening the time it takes to open one site as the next talent challenge.
- How long does it take on average to open a new site, and which stage takes longest?
- Who makes the final decision on adoption, and how does that differ by site type?
- Is there a procedure for passing what was learned at one site to the next?
As sites grow in number, how repeatable mapping, permits, training and connecting to remote monitoring can be made may become important.
The company said it will place one Billi at a CJ CheilJedang food manufacturing site this year to validate whether it can do the work. Factory hygiene and safety standards differ from permission for the street, so a new adoption procedure may be needed.
If the Tokyo trial continues or the MOU with Unitree takes concrete form, how far the adoption procedure carries over to another country and another robot body may become a challenge. These are conditional stages, not confirmed dates or hiring plans.

FUTURE TALENT SHIFT
How responsibilities may expand
Follow the responsibility from moving robots through opening the door of a new site. Check individual postings for actual duties and qualifications.
CAREER LENS
Experience opening a new site and getting it working for the first time
Alongside building technology, look for work where you earned people's permission at a site you were new to and carried it through to operation. Adjacent experience suggests connections, not eligibility or a personal-fit verdict.
Experience to show in your career history
Owning the opening of a new branch or new site from the start
Winning the agreement of several stakeholders, such as facility managers, institutions and residents
Turning procedures that differed by site into a standard document
Operating outdoor robots or vehicles at real sites
Turning failures or complaints into operating standards for the next site
Applying robot arm control to factory work
Where adjacent experience can lead
Handling location-by-location conditions with a standard procedure can connect to opening sites.
The connection is knowing the standards of apartment and building operators.
Experience operating vehicles and devices by region and handling permits.
Experience managing robots and failures across many sites together.
Look at experience keeping driving stable when the environment changes.
Knowing factory hygiene and safety standards can connect to Billi's validation.

Work connected across sites
These interpretations use publicly announced services and trials. They do not describe regional hiring plans or current staffing.
Patrol cases in busy spaces with clearly identified managing institutions. This reads as where procedures for opening the doors of public spaces build up, without presuming staffing by site.
An activity disclosed as logistics between buildings. It reads as an adoption case at a rule-heavy institution like a hospital, without presuming the specific scope of operation.
The company said it will place one Billi this year to validate whether it can do the actual work. This reads as a first attempt at a door with different hygiene and safety standards, without presuming results or mass production.
The area where a delivery robot trial with Demae-can began in August 2026. It reads as testing a Korean adoption procedure under a different system, without presuming the size of a local organization.
