More sites mean more floor conditions. Organizing them in one format, rather than leaving them as individual cases, may become important.

BANSEOG OUTLOOK
THIRA Robotics does not tell a factory to fix its floor
THIRA Robotics has said the same thing about its autonomous mobile robots since its 2022 trade shows. That year it pointed to rough floors in small factories and oily floors at a hydraulic valve site. In March 2023 it promoted drive systems for ramps, water, oil and floor steps, and at the end of that year its Alabama auto parts case said the money for costly floor work could go into automation instead. In March 2024 it launched a stainless food-plant model for hosed-down floors and drainage channels. Banseog reads this as a habit of never asking customers to change their site and having the robot absorb the condition instead. The price is that site conditions become design inputs. So we see the next talent task as turning the conditions it has taken on into design rules the next product can reuse.
- Who assesses floor conditions before adoption, and on what criteria?
- How do you decide which site conditions the robot cannot take, and how is that explained to customers?
- How do design changes from sites accumulate into the next product?
As product families continue, like the T300, T1000 and L200 shown in March 2023 and the L300 in 2024, setting the line between common parts and site-specific design may become important.
The company prepared a subscription pilot in 2022 and signed an agreement with SK Shieldus in 2023. If rental-style supply grows, reading wear and maintenance on harsh sites as cost may become important. These are conditional stages, not confirmed dates or hiring plans.

FUTURE TALENT SHIFT
How responsibilities may expand
Follow the responsibility that runs past fitting a robot to a site to returning that experience to the next design. Check individual postings for actual duties and qualifications.
CAREER LENS
Experience turning bad site conditions into design criteria
Beyond performance in good environments, look for times you took on rough customer site conditions and left them in the next design. Adjacent experience suggests connections, not eligibility or a personal-fit verdict.
Experience to show in your career history
Solving drive problems in environments with oil or water
Designing mobile structures that handle slopes or steps
Assessing a customer site in advance to set adoption conditions
Turning site problems into common design rules
Building long-duration durability tests for harsh environments
Handling equipment suited to hygiene conditions in food or medical sites
Where adjacent experience can lead
Drive and durability design for rough ground can carry over.
The connection is safety and maintenance of vehicles inside factories.
Look at putting washing, hygiene and corrosion conditions into design.
Experience running facilities with elevators and movement between floors.
Finding fault causes on customer sites and preventing recurrence.
Building test criteria for harsh conditions can lead to quality roles.
Questions before joining
- Who assesses floor conditions before adoption, and on what criteria?
- How do you decide which site conditions the robot cannot take, and how is that explained to customers?
- How do design changes from sites accumulate into the next product?
- Who manages the number of product types and the share of common parts?
- Does this role sit in development, field or quality, and how much site travel is involved?
PLACE × TALENT INTELLIGENCE
Work connected across locations
These interpretations use public delivery cases and product activity to connect site conditions with work. They do not describe regional hiring plans or current staffing.
Overseas trade show materials describe the company as based in Seongnam. It says it develops mechanics, electronics, control and fleet software itself, so this reads as where site conditions gather, with no estimate of team structure.
The Hyundai Transys plant T300 case was made public at the end of 2023. The company said robots handle 10-degree slopes and cracked floors. No estimate of current scale.
The L300 was introduced in March 2024 after what the company called a pilot at a well-known food and beverage plant. This reads as the same habit becoming a sector product.
A 2023 company case document describes the T600 moving medical supplies across floors. This reads as taking on conditions outside the factory, with no assumption about current operation.
