Three decisions within a year

1. Expanding the Malaysian distribution network: of the funds raised through the local listing, MYR 6 million (about KRW 2.2 billion) will go into expanding distribution, including hiring; training hubs will increase to 52 and service centers to more than 200, and seven more directly operated brand shops will open in Sabah, Selangor and Melaka.
2. Food robots for B2B: at the regular shareholders' meeting on March 26, 2026, robot solutions for franchise and food service businesses were added to the articles of incorporation, and the company is building a service model that goes beyond selling equipment to include robot operation and maintenance.
3. On-device AI appliances: at IFA 2026 in Germany in September 2026 the company unveiled an AI barista water purifier that uses a Korean AI chip (DEEPX DX-M1) to understand voice commands without an internet connection, and it is extending AI features step by step to water purifiers and air purifiers.
